Owned by Nicole, a licensed Esthetician and 3x certified lash artist with over 10 years of experience, our passion for lashing blossomed at the Federico Beauty Institute in Sacramento. After moving to Colorado and then returning to California, I was thrilled to be voted Best Esthetician in Napa County in 2025. Now back in Folsom, I specialize in creating beautiful looks from natural to dramatic, and I can't wait to meet you at Capo Ragazza Salon and Spa!
